Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 • Effective 2026-05-16 • Last updated 2026-05-16
This Privacy Policy explains how N. Kabram collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit abram.io or use any software, CLI, or service that links to this policy.
Information collected on this website
- Technical logs: Standard hosting provider logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested path) for security, abuse prevention, and uptime monitoring. Retained for a short period then aggregated or deleted.
- No tracking cookies or analytics identifiers on the portfolio site itself at this time. If this changes, the change will be announced here first.
- Contact: When you email legal@abram.io or any address listed on the site, I receive the message and your email address. Used only to reply and then handled per a minimal retention policy.
Information collected by published projects
Each CLI, library, or application I publish maintains its own data notice (see the Data Collection & Processing Notice and future per-project pages). This master Privacy Policy applies unless the project notice explicitly overrides it.
Third-party processors
The site is hosted on Vercel (edge functions, static assets) and protected by Cloudflare (DDoS, DNS, WAF). These providers receive the minimal technical data required to deliver the pages. They act as subprocessors under contract.
Your rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with data protection rights, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection. Email legal@abram.io. I will respond within one month (or the shorter period required by law).
This document is part of the canonical legal record for abram.io and all linked projects. Older versions are available in the public git history.
